Spring is coming, and for a true fashion addicted, the time has come to start buying spring dresses. But what is the spring dress par excellence? Well, definitely the floral dress! These dresses seem to be reborn just like real flowers. After a long winter in which we wore turtlenecks, oversized jackets and baggy jeans, it’s time to put on a nice floral dress.
In reality, floral dresses are not only worn in spring. Surely, during the spring season, we naturally wear something lighter, frivolous and less demanding, something that gives us the freedom we seek with the beautiful days! In March, April and May we gradually rediscover the love for short sleeves and the open air, which is accompanied by heavy clothing that becomes gradually lighter. I challenge anyone to say that wearing a floral dress is not pleasant: the floral pattern has no age, it can be worn at four and at eighty. It is one of the few fashionable patterns that looks good on everyone! Flowers equalize the age but are also very democratic in terms of models. They can be found indiscriminately sewn or printed on jeans, casual and formal dresses, sweaters of all kinds, on shoes, on capes, coats and overalls. I mean, they are universal!
So, are you ready to show off your floral dresses this spring? After such a long gray and cold season, after endless months in which we have done nothing but show off wool sweaters and heavy cardigans, being able to brush up on such romantic and feminine dresses can only please.
Long Dress
The choice can easily fall on a long floral dress (be it casual or elegant for ceremony), whatever we have to do. In short, as I have already mentioned, the floral dress is formal and informal at the same time. It can be worn for any occasion (weddings, graduation parties, birthdays, going out with friends, discos, romantic dates, family lunches, business meetings), but with the necessary style differences! This means that the same long floral dress, for example, can be worn for two very different occasions, perhaps changing the accessories and shoes! If you buy a floral dress you can wear it for both evening and day events and you can reuse it even in five years because it never goes out of style!
Black Dress
For an evening event, I recommend a black dress with flowers, which retains the classicism of the dark dress for the evening, but which also has that touch of color that never clashes, even if you have a few extra pounds.
Short Dress
For the day, instead, don’t be afraid to dare with short floral dresses, perhaps with a white or red base! Wear a beautiful flowered dress and learn to be patient: flowers teach us that you have to wait for beautiful things. They know that after a cold winter spring comes, you just have to believe in your strength.
